THE SPIRIT OF MAJESTY 7'X61/2' - oil/canvas From our early beginnings, the Arts have been the common denominator of communication reaching across borders of understanding to share the experiences of our lives. Lifethread is my personal journey, meant to be interpreted by the viewer so that he or she can create their own story. Inspiration derives from many philosophies and techniques originating from the beauty of Nature, not only the exterior but that which lives within. I attempt to visualize the unseen fractal development by using Abstract/Realism, for the shades of our world are colors of ourselves and although we are uniquely different, we are also the same. The line of gold leaf in much of this work represents the value of life and our link to the future. It is my hope that the following paintings and drawings will inspire the reader to experience their own personal journey. Rita Dianni-Kaleel
